Brand History

Yenny Bastida created her eponymoues brand from the inspiration of the traditions and culture of the country, under the premise of being a ready-to-wear brand for women who enjoy color and textures.

Since she graduate as a fashion designer in Caracas Venezuela, in 2003, Yenny Bastida has embarked on a mission to help shape and define sustainable luxury in Latin America.

Inspiration and passion

What started as a fashion project turned into a life’s dream.

In 2011, Bastida pursued a fashion business course at Istituto Marangoni in Milan. After completing it, then he returns to Venezuela in the midst of one of the strongest social and economic crises in the contemporary history of that country. she felt she needed to start things differently with her brand.

Between 2013 and 2014 she gathered a team of talented women that work from her studio as well as satellite teams of artisans working from other regions of the country, working exclusively from values and principles such as sustainability and work ethics, with a DNA inspired by Venezuelan popular culture.

In 2015, the training of its production team continues in Chivacoa, located in the Yaracuy State, a town in the interior of the country, developing an innovative proposal, by employing only women from the region, giving them all the tools to become professional and independent.
